packetHACKS, a nationwide hackathon spanning three regions, invites students, young professionals, innovators, tech enthusiasts, startups, and freelancers to innovate with IoT technology under the theme “Connected Ecosystem in Building the IoT-Ready Philippines.”

HACKATHON PHASES

Phase 1: Enablement Session

Provide participants with the knowledge and strategies needed for creating IoT devices and solutions, from concept to creation.

Phase 2: Ideation and Submission

Participants submit a written proposal for an IoT/hardware-based solution to a selected problem. Selected solutions progress to the next stage.

Phase 3: Project Development

Finalists construct a working prototype of their solution. A packetDUINO kit is supplied to each final team. Mentorship sessions are provided throughout this stage.

Phase 4: Pitching and Demo Day

Completed projects are presented at the regional IoT Conference. The final pitch and winner announcement occur on the event’s second day.
